Napsu is an aluminum louvre slat system developed and manufactured by Purso. Its only limitation is imagination – by combining different slat models and surface treatments, you can create a unique, dynamic facade. Napsu is also suitable for suspended ceilings, sun protection, or even ventilation grilles. The louvre slat system works excellently for both new construction and revitalizing the appearance of existing buildings.

Copenhagen
The streamlined shape of the slats brings to mind Copenhagen’s modern and timeless urban landscape. The open design of this collection makes it particularly well-suited for applications where excellent ventilation is required.
Stockholm
The louvre slats with a distinctive overhang combine style and functionality to meet architectural needs. The timeless streets and architecture of Stockholm are reflected in the practical design language of these slats, which can be customized in various sizes and angles.
Oslo
The tubular slats offer excellent structural stability, allowing for longer spans while creating a modern and sleek appearance. This collection was originally designed for Oslo’s Gardermoen Airport.
Helsinki
The curved slats take inspiration from the smooth lines of Helsinki’s sailing boats, bringing a sense of lightness and movement to the facade. The dynamic, wavy surface transforms with light and shadow, much like the sea.
Tallinn
The flat slats enable the creation of open, well-ventilated louvre systems. Inspired by Tallinn’s fresh sea breeze and historical charm, these slats combine functionality with aesthetics.

The advantages of aluminium in facade construction
Aluminium is an excellent facade material due to its technical properties. It is lightweight and has an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio compared to many other building materials, such as steel.
Aluminium is also naturally highly corrosion-resistant, making it an ideal material for northern climate. Aluminium structures can withstand demanding conditions for decades. Even outdoors, aluminium remains a maintenance-free material.
Additionally, recycled aluminium has an exceptionally low carbon footprint. At the end of their lifecycle, aluminium slats can be recycled into new products. This makes aluminium a sustainable and eco-friendly choice for both new builds and renovation projects that follow the principles of modern circular economy.

100% recycled Greenline aluminium
All Napsu slats are made from recycled aluminium. Aluminium is an excellent material for recycling, as it retains its qualities, and its use significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions. Greenline aluminium is produced at Purso’s own remelt plant. The energy required to remelt aluminium is only about 5% compared to the production of primary aluminium. All aluminium alloys used in our production are fully recyclable at the end of their lifecycle.

Powder coating creates an exceptionally durable painted surface. You can freely choose the colour shade and gloss level according to your preferences. At Purso’s in-house powder coating facility, various textured and pearlescent effects can also be achieved.
Anodizing
Anodizing provides aluminium with a surface that is resistant to corrosion, UV radiation, and wear. Different colours create a deeper, more refined style for the building – in addition to natural anodized silver, you can choose electrolytic colour-anodized shades such as bronze, black, and gold.
