Technically Perfected and Custom-Made Aluminium Busbars

Aluminium busbars are designed for reliable power transmission in substations and high-voltage systems. We offer a wide range of busbar sizes up to 30 meters in a single piece and with diameters up to 400mm. Busbars are typically produced from high-conductivity alloy EN AW-6101B.

Why Choose our Aluminium Busbars from Nedal:

  • Excellent electrical conductivity
  • Corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free
  • Lightweight and easy to install
  • Long lifespan and fully recyclable
  • Tailored to customer specifications
  • Reliable integration and connection solution

High-Performance Aluminium Busbars

We offer a wide range of aluminium busbars for high-voltage substations, including a standard programme of round tubes, U-profiles and flat bars. Custom shapes are also available on request. Our busbars can reach weights of up to 100 kg/m and lengths of up to 30 metres. All deliveries include full documentation with material certificates and specification sheets. Optional services include profile bending and pre-installation of damping cables. We also offer expertise in the specialised transport of long lengths over 13.5 metres.

Further processing

Further processing adds value to aluminium profiles and prepares them for immediate use. Our services include machining, sawing, milling, bending, punching, and welding.
We also provide surface treatments such as anodizing and powder coating.

Standard profiles

Over 1,000 standard aluminium profiles are available to order. The range includes tubes, flat bars, angles, and bars in various shapes and sizes.

Lower carbon footprint for your profile with Greenline

100% recycled Greenline aluminum is widely used in our production. It is made of post-consumer aluminum scrap and industrial by-products. Remelting aluminium requires only about 5% of the energy needed to produce primary aluminum. In addition, all aluminum alloys used in our production can be recycled again.

The overall carbon footprint of recycled aluminum is very low: only 1.8 kg CO₂ eq/kg, compared to an average of 11.1 kg CO₂ eq/kg for primary aluminum (source: EPD Environmental Product Declaration).
