We work closely with our customers and transport industry professionals, involving them in the development of products tailored to their specific needs. These include thermal break profiles, stick-on body profiles, and other customized profiles incorporating the required technical solutions. This close cooperation enables us to deliver high-quality products and services. If required, our products can also be manufactured from low-carbon Greenline aluminium.
Our selection includes dropside profiles, subframe profiles, rear and side underrun protection profiles, as well as floor structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive selection of standard profiles.
Profile Design Manual
The Profile Design Manual is designed especially for designers, but it’s a useful source of information for anyone interested in aluminium.
It includes, for example:
- the properties of aluminium alloys
- design requirements for extruded profiles, such as maximum dimensions and wall thicknesses
- the effects of surface treatments on profiles
- practical design tips for various features, such as screw ports and hinges
